City of Tampa or Hillsborough County?

A Tampa mailing address doesn't tell you whose rules apply. Inside city limits, including Downtown, Ybor City, Seminole Heights, East Tampa, Sulphur Springs, South Tampa and New Tampa, the City of Tampa's code applies. A lot of the area with Tampa addresses is unincorporated Hillsborough County instead: Town 'n' Country, Carrollwood, Citrus Park, Egypt Lake-Leto and Palm River among them. There the county's lower 10-inch limit applies. The letterhead and case number on your notice tell you which office sent it.

Scheduling and access
